Monday 11th May 2026 - 'Ian Molesworth - ​Gertrude Jekyll’s Munstead Wood
 
Ian, Site Manager for Munstead Wood near Godalming, will introduce the remarkable story of this house and garden, the home of Gertrude Jekyll.  Arts, designer and craftswoman Gertrude Jekyll is quite possibly the most influential gardener the country has ever known.  The talk will cover Jekyll’s life and work, and the history of the
property, including the work the National Trust has been undertaking since acquiring the property in 2023.
